Nurturing fan communities and driving new subscriptions.

Audible faced stagnating subscriber growth and sought to engage the next generation of audiobook listeners. To address this, a dedicated social studio was established to transform Audible's audio content into engaging social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram. The studio focuses on new title launches, community building through user-generated content (UGC), original social programming, and creator partnerships.

Challenge_

With new subscriptions flatlining, Audible was looking to recruit the next generation of audiobook listeners and franchise fans. Fan communities were organically growing on social, but Audible had a slow and inefficient social content solution in place.
